Restaurants-America was formed in 1990 by principals Roger Greenfield and Ted Kasemir to design and operate multiple, full-service restaurants in the greater Chicago market. Over the last decade, the company has received prestigious recognition for the diversity and creativity of the concepts that it introduces.

Roger Greenfield, Owner

Roger Greenfield is the creative force behind Restaurants-America and is a veteran of the Chicago and Los Angeles restaurant markets. He has over 27 years of experience in the restaurant industry and has owned, operated, consulted for and managed over 30 high-profile restaurants. Greenfield has personally designed and general contracted every Restaurants-America location.

Ted Kasemir, Owner

Ted Kasemir brings management and quality control expertise to Restaurants-America. He served as General Manager of Morton's in Highland Park, Illinois from 1987 to 1990, and has previous management experience with Hyatt Hotels. Raised in the restaurant business, Kasemir's family has owned a successful restaurant in Highwood, Illinois for over thirty years.
