Giles Schnierle, artisan and owner of Heartland Trading Company, will be visiting Nick & Tony's Geneva on Wednesday, July 9th, from 6:30-8:00 to discuss why the U.S. is now considered by many to be the new leader in producing some of the world's finest cheese. Representing the country�s top farms that take an artisan approach, you will sample over 15 cheeses served at the finest restaurants, along with a wine tasting and discussion on pairing cheese with wine. 3 Independence Eve Fireworks Spectacular, illuminating the skyline from Navy Pier to the Adler Planetarium. Concert at 7:30, Fireworks at 9:30.
