Privacy Policy for Restaurants-America Trademark, Inc.
Restaurants-America Trademark, Inc. ("RATI", "us" or "we") appreciates that you may be
concerned about the privacy of personal information that you provide to us through the Website
located at www.restaurants-america.com (the "Website"), and we respect your right to protect
your personal information. Accordingly, we have developed this Privacy Policy to inform you of
RATI's policy and practice regarding information we collect about you on the Website. If you

What Information Do We Collect about You?
We collect two types of information: personally identifiable information (PII) and nonpersonally
identifiable information (Non-PII), which is also referred to as aggregate and
anonymous data.
PII.
Voluntary Information Provided by You: The Website collects PII whenever you
voluntarily provide it, such as when you complete an online form to request information
about our products or services, register for as a Frequent Diner Club member, or purchase
a product or service. The PII you provide can include such items as your name, company,
e-mail and U.S. mail addresses, your credit card number, and your telephone and fax
numbers.
Non-PII - Web Site Usage Information:
Cookies, IP Addresses and Logs. We employ "cookies" to collect information about
you and your usage of the Website. A cookie is a small text file that is placed on your
computer and collects information about how you use our site. We also gather
information about your individual use of our services, such as types of data accessed,
times and volume of use, duration of sessions and other similar usage or system data. In
addition, we log IP addresses and domain names. We cannot use this technical Non-PII to
identify you personally.
How do We use Your Information?
PII. We use PII to provide information you request, provide products and services to you or
contact you when requested. For instance, when you enroll in the Frequent Diner Club
Program, we collect specific information such as name, address, phone numbers and email
address. In addition, when you go online to check your gift card balance, we collect specific
information such as name, email address and prompt you to enter a user id & password. If
you check the box that you would like to be notified about upcoming events or special offers
from RATI, then we will also send you this information.
At least one of the Website pages contains an invitation to join an e-mail list. If you join an email
list, you will receive e-mail containing updates and news relevant to the subject matter
you requested. If you no longer wish to receive these e-mails, instructions on how to
unsubscribe from the list are set forth at the bottom of each message.
Non-PII. Non-PII is aggregated for system administration and to monitor the Website's
usage. It is utilized to measure the number of visits to our site, average time spent, number of
pages viewed and to monitor various other site statistics. This monitoring helps us evaluate
how visitors use and navigate our site so we can improve the content.
How do We Share Your Information?
Sharing of Your PII with Restaurants Affiliated with Website.
The companies shown on the Website are affiliated with the Website but are not legal
affiliates of RATI. These companies are referred to as Website Affiliates for purposes of this
privacy policy. We may provide PII about you as a customer, former customer or user of the
Website to the Website Affiliates to allow the Website Affiliate to inform you about products
or services that may be of benefit or interest to you and to help provide you with better
service or to perform services on your behalf.
Disclosure of Your PII to Third-Parties.
Except as provided below, we do not share your PII with third parties other than the Website
Affiliates without your permission. We may disclose PII you provide via the Website in
connection with the sale, assignment, or other transfer of the business or a portion of the
business of our site, including a corporate merger, consolidation, restructuring, sale of assets
or other corporate change of our direct or indirect parent companies that affects us; or to
respond to law enforcement requests; or where required by applicable laws, court orders, or

Can I Opt-out of the Disclosure and Use of my PII?
No. If you do not agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy please do not use the Website or
provide any PII to us.

RATI takes reasonable steps to protect the confidentiality of your PII, including physical,
electronic, and procedural safeguards as required by law. We continually review our security
procedures and mechanisms to ensure that reasonable protections are in place.
Links to Other Sites.
The website may contain links to third-party sites that are not under our control, including those
of our strategic partners and other sites with information that we feel may be useful to you. RATI
is not responsible for the privacy practices, security or content of these other sites. Accordingly,
we recommend that you review their privacy policies.
How are Changes to This Privacy Policy Made?
From time to time, we may amend this Privacy Policy by posting it to the Website and changing
the date on this page noting when it was last updated. Your continued use of the Website
following the posting of any changes shall constitute your acceptance of the revised Privacy
Policy.
Miscellaneous.
The Website is operated and controlled by RATI in the United States, and is intended for use
only by people within the United States. We make no representations that any materials on the
Website are appropriate for use outside of the United States.
We also do not intend for the Website to be used by children under the age of 13, nor do we seek
to collect information about children under this age. If you are under the age of 13, we request
that you do not provide us with any PII.
California Privacy Rights: Under California Civil Code sections 1798.83-1798.84, California
residents are entitled to ask RATI for a notice describing what categories of personal customer
information we share with third parties or affiliates for those third parties or affiliates’ direct
marketing purposes. That notice will identify the categories of information shared and will
include a list of the third parties and affiliates with whom it was shared, along with their names
and addresses. If you are a California resident and would like a copy of this notice, please
